REGISTERED USERS TERMS and Conditions

1) By entering their details on our websites, user confirm that they are a genuine job seeker looking for employment opportunities or selecting the appropriate profile status. 2) Job seekers contact information will remain confidential in accordance with our privacy policy. 3) When a Job Seeker enters their profile details and elects to remain anonymous or hidden, all contact details and identity will be withheld from Employers/Recruiters. 4) Users must not enter any of their own or others contact details such as e-mail address, postal address, telephone, fax, cell/mobile/sms/page numbers in any of the following fields: Description, Education, Work Experience, Comments/ Hobbies/ Interests etc.

Personal And Non-Commercial Use Limitation

Unless otherwise specified in this Terms of Use, our services and website are for your personal and non-commercial use. You agree that all of the intellectual property in your account, on our website, or in a community you create on our site is owned by us. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from us (including simulating the appearance or function of our website). You are prohibited from selling, trading, or otherwise transferring your account or any community you create on our website to another party.

ONE POSITION PER JOB POSTING And Duplication Terms

Each posting shall advertise only one position. Multiple job openings will require multiple postings. Each job can only be posted once. Duplications will be deleted by Log.com.pk. Repeated offences maybe penalized with suspension of the companies account, without compensation.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

As a condition of your use of our website or services, any user shall not broadcast, upload or post to or distribute or otherwise publish through the website, any material which: (1) in any manner could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any of our website, any community created on our website (including any community connected to any of our websites) or any other party's use and enjoyment of our website and services; (2) in any attempt to gain unauthorized access to any of our accounts, computer systems or communities connected to any of our websites through hacking, password mining or any other means; (3) any attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through our website or services; and (4) any attempt to place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure (including, without limitation, transmission or activation of computer viruses or unsolicited communications). Log.com.pk may from time to time create new features, or monitor or review discussions, Blog, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards, communities and the like on the Site, Log.com.pk is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information contained within such locations on the Site. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. Any responses mistakenly sent to Log.com.pk, will not be forwarded or returned. THE POSTINGS ON THE Log.com.pk WEBSITE ARE AVAILABLE TO BE VIEWED BY ALL USERS OF THE INTERNET. Log.com.pk, DOES NOT INVESTIGATE, INTERVIEW, SCREEN, OR OTHERWISE REVIEW THE IDENTITY, BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS, OR ANY OTHER CHARACTERISTICS OF PERSONS WHO RESPOND TO POSTINGS OF POSITIONS ON THE WEBSITE . The use of these images by you, or anyone else authorized by you, is prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms and Conditions or specific permission provided elsewhere on the Site. Any unauthorized use of the images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes. The trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively the "Trademarks") displayed on the Site are registered and unregistered Trademarks of Log.com.pk or others. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppels, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademarks displayed on the Site without the written permission of Log.com.pk or such third party that may own the Trademarks displayed on the Site. Your misuse of the Trademarks displayed on the Site, or any other content on the Site, except as provided in these Terms and Conditions, is strictly prohibited.

CONFIDENTIALITY NOT GUARANTEED.

Employer acknowledges that transmissions to and from the website are not confidential and Employer's Communications may be read or intercepted by others. Employer acknowledges that by its submitting Communications to Log.com.pk, no confidential, fiduciary, contractually implied or other relationship is created between Employer and Log.com.pk, other than pursuant to the Terms and Conditions.

INDEMNIFICATION.

Employer hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Log.com.pk, and any of its officers, directors, owners, agents, employees, information providers, affiliates, licensors and licensees (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") harmless from and against any and all liability and costs, including, without limitation, regulatory penalties, attorneys fees and costs incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of Employer's OR Job Seeker’s use of the website or any breach by Employer of the Terms and Conditions, including, but not limited to, all liability and costs to Log.com.pk, for Employer's infringement of any of Employer's warranties, representations or acknowledgments herein. Employer shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defence of any claim. Log.com.pk, reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter other-wise subject to indemnification by Employer and Employer shall not in any event settle any matter related hereto without the written consent of Log.com.pk.

DELIVERY OF GOODS and SERVICES

All purchases on our websites are for services only. There is no delivery of goods.

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES

Log.com.pk, may deactivate and then terminate an Account if a Customer is found to be defrauding Log.com.pk by any of the following actions: Creating multiple Company Profiles to use different identity Employers are found to be charging Job Seekers to use their services. Using profile database for means other than offering legitimate employment opportunities. Using profile database to send SPAM or non-employment related material. Using profile database to sell the services of their own or a third party company and/or product. Using bots, agents or programs to download the profile database.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Log.com.pk, provides on-line assistance via its Help INFO feature(on the top of the page) and you can also send SMS to the job seekers. Customer Service and Tech Support Representatives are also available e-mail at support@Log.com.pk

CUSTOMER CONTENT.

Customers retain full ownership of their creative work and account data including company information and policies, job postings, and profiles. Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of this information, and Log.com.pk, will refer any inquiries regarding such information to the user.

UNACCEPTABLE POSTINGS.

Log.com.pk, displays information about relevant job opportunities and may choose not to accept postings that are not appropriate for the nature of its audience. If a posting appears on the website and is subsequently removed by Log.com.pk, for violation of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise, Log.com.pk, in its discretion will determine whether to refund or credit all or part of the fee to the Employer. Repeated submission of inappropriate postings will subject the Employer to cancellation of Employer's Membership and a loss of posting privileges.

REPRESENTATIONS BY EMPLOYER.

By submitting a posting to the website, the Job Poster or Employer represents (a) that the posting accurately describes the position being advertised, the nature of the company for which the position is being advertised, and the level of compensation being offered, (b) that the Job Poster or Employer actually intends to hire a person to fill the position being advertised, (c) that it is a position within the Poster's own company or that the Poster is a recognized agent or recruiter for another company and (d) that the Employer will consider on an equal basis all applicants who respond to the posting, without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, age, handicap or disability, marital status, veteran's status, citizenship status, sexual preference, or any other protected group status.

RIGHT TO CONTROL CONTENT.

Log.com.pk, has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of postings submitted to the website, in order to determine whether postings are in compliance with these Terms and Conditions and are otherwise appropriate for the website, or for any other lawful purpose. Log.com.pk, may refuse to post any submission, or may remove from the website any posting, that Log.com.pk, in its sole discretion finds to be not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, or otherwise finds to be objectionable or inappropriate.

ERRORS; SOLE REMEDY.

Any job listing that is accepted for posting on the website will be posted using the information as submitted by the Employer. Employer bears sole responsibility for the accuracy of submitted information. Log.com.pk, will not be responsible for any error in a posting unless caused by a technical error or equipment failure on the part of Log.com.pk, in which event Log.com.pk’s sole responsibility and liability shall be to remove the erroneous posting and repost it with the information as originally submitted by Employer

SMS Delivery

Log.com.pk use third party service for SMS delivery that makes every effort to give best possible service still Log.com.pk doesn’t give any guarantee to the SMS delivery to the job seeker, employer or vice versa. While using Log.com.pk, you agree not to send any SMS or message to any job seeker that contain sexual content, abusive language, offensive message, Urls of Sex and pornographic sites etc. The account will be dismissed by Log.com.pk on the first evidence of such act.

Employer’s Access

We are fully aware that if we are charging you for providing you our services, you will definitely be acquiring services from us for that fee. We will provide the Services with extra care and skill, but do not guarantee that they will be continuous or fault free. In exercising your rights and performing your obligations under these terms and conditions, you must at all times comply with the Pakistani Privacy Laws, whether or not you are bound by such laws. We reserve the right to suspend the provision of the Services without liability to you if you are in default of any payment owing to us.

Our website (including any Group created within our website) may contain links to third party websites ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under our control. We are not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. In maintaining this website Log.com.pk, will neither attempt to match applicants with job openings nor assure that any job finders will respond to a posting and we do not guarantee that all job finders with their profiles will always get their desired job. All postings must meet the terms with these Terms and Conditions. In these Terms and Conditions a party posting or intending to post positions on the website is referred to as "Employer" or "You". No refunds will be given for advertisement submitted on Log.com.pk. Please consider this before you start to advertise as no refund is possible for simply changing your mind.

Governing law

The law of the State of NEW SOUTH WALES governs these Terms of Use. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of NSW, Pakistan.
